AS Christians, our faith should impact every aspect of our lives. That definitely includes our work/business lives as well as our personal lives. All decisions we make should be made with God's will for us in mind. Praying and fasting is how we find His will. This fast you propose is a great idea.

I've always thought of fasting as a way of making more room for God to have more of us. It is to lay ourselves down at the altar of devotion. God bless you.

I'd love to join live but working as Court Interpreter is unpredictable. Some matters go beyond noon hour. I've been watching the Deliverance video series you shared from Bishop Joshua Lwere. Some is the audio is difficult to hear but I'm getting the gist of the teachings. This has been eye-opening in terms of generations curses we have no clue about. There's so much that we don't know we don't know we need to pray for!

Spot on! A lot of people neglect themselves and their health (whether physical, mental, or spiritual). It's sad because there's almost like a glorification of burnout in our societies. Bless the Lord for His goodness. Though I'm doing a partial fast... God knows why, He has still been faithful. Since I started the fast, I received an order for my products from the UAE. This is a blessing in and of itself. The connections from Tobago to get a package to the UAE are complicated and expensive. So guess what? God arranged for me to travel to Europe soon so that I can send the package from there via a direct flight to the UAE at a much cheaper rate! The bible says do not despise small beginnings for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin! This company was launched just 2 years ago and our first production launched in August 2023. What a blessing it is to be sending these products from a foreign land to a foreign land!!! ONLY GOD could orchestrate this.

Yes obedience is better than sacrifice! Every time! My greatest breakthroughs have come after fasting and truly seeking God on specific areas. I've learnt that God honours our fast even from the moment we commit to fast, before the fast begins! And we're human. We will fall off the train at times but by God's grace, we need to pick ourselves up and keep going again. I will be travelling in a unforgiving climate for most of the fasting period but I will surely seek God on how to adapt the fast. I want to confirm that word about open doors that only God can open! He's already doing it in my business.
